Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food production industry.Manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.Foreign purchase of machinery, spare parts, packing materials & raw materials.Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining relationship with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of production requirement.Avail government incentives and coordinate with banks, other departments, outside parties, government offices.Monitor and follow up on import documents, as well as coordinate with the supplier.Responsible for Custom clearance of Imported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with BB/cash LC, FOC process independently.Maintain liaison with customs, C&F, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank, Insurance Company and other related Government officials.Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.Skills & ExpertiseCommercial Import International SourcingCompensation & Other Benefits
