Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food production industry.Coordinate with various departments including procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.Oversee day-to-day operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Coordinate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production targets.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process enhancements.Sound knowledge of Food Manufacturing machines to ensure quality production.To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limits and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research, and brand strategy.Wastage control at raw material, finished goods stage, purchase & Inventory Management.Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.Skills & ExpertiseBusiness OperationCompensation & Other Benefits
