Architect/ Senior Architect, Oriental Real Estate Ltd

• Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect/ Senior Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Building Solution. The candidate will be responsible for full projects from starting part to end part. He/ She will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
• Responsibilities:
• Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
• The applicants should have experience in Interior Design.
• Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
• Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
• Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
• Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
• Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
