- Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with no 3rd Division/class.
- At least 12 years
- Age 35 to 45 years
- PGD in Pattern making & design will be treated as an advantage.
- Directly deal with the Top Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
- Have to organize the overall activities of the CAD Section and ensure uniform distribution of works among the team members.
- Candidate has to be very competent in Garber and Gemini software.
- Manage Style wise timely preparation & development of Patterns and ensure on time delivery.
- Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
- Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error in cutting.
- Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
- Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
- Ensure Pattern calibration regular basis for measurement accuracy.
- Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
- To prepare comparison between marking and actual fabric consumption with valid explanation.
- Responsible for provide all kind of fabric, piping, tape etc. booking consumption and ensure 100% accurate consumption.
- Good collaboration with merchandising team.
- Need to have experience to work with auto cutter and cutting automations set up.
- Any others task as assigned by the top management
