In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients in the market for cartoon boxes, gam tep (folding cartons), and inear boxes.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, focusing on cartoon boxes, gam tep, and inear boxesProspect and qualify leads, identifying potential clients in need of high-quality packaging solutionsConduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits of our packaging optionsNegotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfactionManage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering repeat business and referralsUnderstand and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edgePrepare accurate quotes and proposalsWork collaboratively with the production team to ensure timely project deliveryMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsSkills & ExpertiseMS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNoteCompensation & Other Benefits
