Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are looking for an experienced & innovative sales marketing personnel to join our dynamic team as Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving results, always striving to find new, inventive solutions to challenges, and consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity. Tokyo Asset Management (TAM) is a premier firm based in Japan dedicated to delivering earning opportunities and long-term value for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, customers, and internal team members to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Promote and sell company products through both direct outreach and strategic network marketing channels.
  • Identify new business opportunity, and train new network partners to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and training sessions for new and existing clients to secure successful sales conversions.
  • Provide ongoing support to the client network, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and performance.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Consultants
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
Proven experience in network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), and both direct and indirect sales strategies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in basic computer & App operations; familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related apps is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.High preference given to candidates with sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sectors.Skills & Expertise:Insurance,Real Estate Sales,Sales & MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
