Responsibilities & Context:Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels and referrals.Acquisition of new site selections in strategic locations as per annual business plan.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.Assist in market research, feasibility analysis for new franchise partner.Conduct initial discussions and presentations with prospects to explain the franchise model, business opportunity, and financials as per Agora's business plan and objective.Act as the primary contact point for franchise partners, ensuring strong and supportive relationships.Address franchisee concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance for business growth.Facilitate communication between franchisees and internal departments (supply chain, marketing, finance, HR).Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store
