- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales and credit collection targets
- Monitor and guide the sales team according to company policies
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote products effectively to generate market demand
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information regularly
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth service delivery
- Manage administrative functions to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor/Honors
- Educational Requirement: Must have a good academic background in Sales and Marketing (BBA/MBA, M.com in Marketing preferred)
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry, Farming, Dairy, E-commerce, Agro based Startup
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and performance
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset
