Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities & Context:Ensure effective implementation of SOPs and organizational policies across all business operations.Conduct pre-audit and post-audit of local purchases, vendor bills, and other payments to ensure compliance and accuracy.Review monthly physical stock inventory, reconcile variances, and verify stock records.Identify financial, operational, and administrative weaknesses and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.Carry out scheduled and surprise audits of factories, warehouses, and office premises to assess process compliance.Identify potential business and financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.Perform payroll audits, including verification of personnel files, wages, salaries, overtime, earned leave encashment, final settlements, and maternity-related payments.Prepare and submit detailed, accurate, and timely audit reports to management with findings and recommendations.Review production processes, monitor wastage management, and recommend efficiency improvements.Education Requirements:CA (CC) with M.Com / MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience:
  • At least 5 years
