Responsibilities & Context:Maintain daily accounts and financial records in software & registers.Prepare vouchers, bills, receipts, and payment statements.Enter data accurately into company databases and accounting software.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.Keep all accounting documents organized and up-to-date.Support the management with any other finance or admin tasks.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.Diploma/Training in accounting software will be an added advantage.Experience:

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

1-3 years' experience in accounts or data entry (Freshers with good skills may apply).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) & related accounting software.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
