Responsibilities & Context:Sales & Marketing DevelopmentActively promote and sell residential plots and hotel/resort shares to individual and corporate clients.Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering suitable property solutions.Provide after-sales support, including documentation assistance and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Market Research & PromotionsStay updated on real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.Participate in property fairs, exhibitions and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline promotional campaigns.Sales Process & DocumentationGuide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking and handover.Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements, payments, and legal documentation.Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.Reporting & Team CollaborationPrepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management with performance insights.Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction processing.Share market feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies.Attend training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge programs to enhance sales skills.Stay informed about new projects, pricing updates, and company policies.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in land sales or real estate sector.In-depth understanding of land sales processes, property registration and mutation procedures.Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and basic legal understanding of land-related matters.High attention to detail and organizational ability.Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws and the local market.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.Strong client orientation with persuasive communication skills.Confidence in closing high-value land deals.Ethical approach with transparency in transactions.Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.Skills & Expertise:Indirect sales,Sales & MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
