Responsibilities & Context:Green Delta Insurance PLC, one of the leading non-life insurance company in Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Sales Team and contribute to the Company's growth and success.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.Generate leads and secure new clients through various channels, including personal networks and business community contacts.Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Plan and execute marketing activities in alignment with organizational objectives.Conduct market surveys and research to identify opportunities and threats.Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve sales processes.Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly.Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and professional development initiatives.What You Need to Be Successful?Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.Experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector (banks, non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), and insurance are highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong network and connections within banks and financial institutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience:
  • At least 3 years
