Responsibilities & Context:Design and Drawing: Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for electrical projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.Project Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement of materials, and coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders.Supervision: Supervise construction activities, conduct regular site visits, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction workmanship and materials, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, external contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience:

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements:

4-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
Expertise in RSC & BNBC regulations in Bangladesh.
Proficiency in:
Designing and drafting SLD/ELD.
Load calculations.
Industrial lighting design.
Substation design.
Knowledge of UPS systems and generators.
Registered professional engineers with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) who hold valid licenses for SLD preparation and certification.
