- Provide online support to customers and vendors through various channels, including email, messenger, and phone.
- Handle the trouble ticket system efficiently.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues faced by customers and vendors.
- Collaborate effectively with a highly skilled team.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Strong knowledge of SIP protocol is preferable
- Clear understanding of IP networking, including OSI Layer, TCP/IP, IP sub-neeting, RTP, DNS and port addressing.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and internet browsing.
- Ability to configure and maintain telecommunications/management platforms.
- Excellent decision-making ability is preferred.
- Highly collaborative and open to giving and receiving critical feedback.
- Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English to converse with foreign clients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
