We are committed to delivering world-class products and exceptional customer experiences.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising strategy for both Footwear and Apparel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand-focused merchandising, exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sales growth through effective product assortment, planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and market trends.Oversee product planning, selection and assortment for retail outlets nationwide.Analyze sales performance and consumer trends to optimize stock levels and product mix.Coordinate with design, procurement and retail operations teams to ensure timely product launches.Manage pricing, promotions and markdown strategies to maximize profitability.Maintain strong relationships with international brand principals for product alignment.Lead and mentor a merchandising team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Fashion Designing

Experience:

At least 12 years
