Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations, timely client invoicing, accurate reporting, and collaborative process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.Key Responsibilities:Client Invoicing & Reconciliation:
  • Independently manage client invoicing processes, incorporating updated pricing and contract terms.
  • Ensure timely payment collections from over 40 clients and perform weekly
  • reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Accurately track and report all invoicing data using Excel dashboards and Zoho, ensuring consistency between financial systems and internal records.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports for the CEO.
  • Develop financial visualizations and dashboards to track revenues and
  • performance metrics.
Process Improvement & System Testing:
  • Help test and improve internal tools and processes to make finance and
  • operations more coherent.
  • Collaborate on implementing workflow changes that increase process efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Participate in stand-up calls with global teams (Dhaka, Serbia, and the USA) to align on priorities.
  • Work closely with customer support team, to resolve any finance related queries raised by clients.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Overseas Companies, Call Center, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • Proven 2+ years experience in financial operations, reporting, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and ZoHo.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across global teams and time zones.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Familiarity with working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
