Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary:Daffodil International College, a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer of English for its Dhaka campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, developing course materials, and actively participating in academic and extracurricular activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lectures in English Literature, Language, and Composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines.Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials.Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records.Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development.Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation.Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students as needed.Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory).Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment.Education Requirements:

Master of Arts (MA) in English
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification (preferred but not mandatory).Experience:

1 to 2 years
