Responsibilities & Context:Client Communication: Respond promptly to messages and comments on all company social media platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with clients.Lead Conversion: Persuasively communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and convert inquiries into service engagements.Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn.Campaign Execution: Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to assess campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.Education Requirements:
Experience: At least 6 months of experience managing social media pages (personal or brand)Proficient in both Bangla and English (written and spoken)Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokBasic knowledge of content marketing, brand voice, and audience engagementFamiliarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similarExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in customer service or client-facing rolesKnowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign managementCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideasCompensation & Other Benefits:Salary Range: ৳15,000 -/month (Negotiable based on experience)Company Information:This is a consultanting firm and language training centre
