Responsibilities & Context:Follow up different apiary in different location and manage field laborer and experimentsAssist in installation and maintenance of beekeeping machinerySupport and develop beekeeper regarding beekeeping project workNegotiate with farmers to provide pollination services in the growing of fruit, seed and vegetable cropsConduct field work in remote locations under adverse conditions for prolonged periodsAssist in area selection for beekeeping and bee breedingMaintain severe control over diseases and pestsMaintain labour attendance, stock and resolution bookPrepare of daily and monthly reports, observation reports and expenditure reportsEnsure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
