Responsibilities & Context:Job OverviewLeadswin Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms. The role focuses on driving lead generation, strengthening audience engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing return on investment. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in content management, paid advertising, and performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport to PlanningDevelop and implement detailed digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Analyze market trends and insights to design data-driven strategies for audience engagement and lead generation.Campaign Planning & ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn (e.g., lead generation, engagement, and conversions).Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure cost-efficient performance.Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and audience targeting.Content Management & PublishingOversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of posts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.Maintain publishing calendars and ensure timely updates across social media platforms and groups.Audience EngagementRespond promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages to build strong community relationships.Manage Facebook/WhatsApp communities, groups, events, and interactions to foster active engagement.Implement strategies to grow followers, improve retention, and enhance brand loyalty.Lead Generation Planning & ExecutionDesign and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads.Apply retargeting strategies to re-engage prospective customers.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and improved conversion rates.Paid Advertising & OptimizationCreate, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant audiences.Stay updated on digital advertising trends and integrate them into campaigns.Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager and Analytics to optimize campaigns continuously.Platform Updates & ComplianceStay informed about updates on Meta platforms, tools, and advertising policies.Ensure all campaigns fully comply with platform guidelines and industry standards.CollaborationWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.Support cross-platform initiatives, including activities on Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other Meta services.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience:
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Real Estate, Healthcare Startup, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, E-commerce Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification over the phone.
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to track metrics and deliver performance reports.
  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas.
  • Honest, ethical, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working under pressure and multitasking.
  • Highly enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Strong common sense.
