- Collect import documentation such as test reports, back-to-back LC, master LC, and accessories list.
- Validate and collect all Export documents from the Commercial Department.
- Review all export and import documentation for the preparation of Transition Certification (TC).
- Prepare a QC checklist based on the export and import paperwork, modifying the derived fabric quantity/kg.
- Collect and input the Fabric TC (Transition Certificate) and other associated papers into ERP.
- Prepare shipping data as needed to adjust the export and import balance filling up company details, shipment data, uploading export documents.
- Prepare files and Export/Import related documents for annual Audit.
