Responsibilities & Context:Khadiza Textiles is a growing textile manufacturer specializing in high-quality fabrics and dyes. With a strong commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our factory operations and ensure smooth, cost-effective production.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage end-to-end factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, inventory, and compliance.Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets within defined cost and quality parameters.Supervise and guide department heads (production, QC, maintenance, store, HR within factory).Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery to maximize efficiency.Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.Enforce safety standards, compliance, and environmental regulations within the factory.Control operational costs, energy usage, and wastage while improving process efficiency.Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous training of staff.Coordinate closely with General Manager/Management on production targets, cost analysis, and profitability.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, technology, and workforce productivity.Requirements8-10 years of proven experience in textile or fabric manufacturing (woven/dyeing/printing/finishing).Minimum Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams of supervisors, operators, and workers.In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices.Solid understanding of factory compliance, safety, and labor management.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Performance-based incentives.Professional growth and leadership opportunities.A chance to play a key role in a fast-growing textile business.Education Requirements:
  • Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience:
  • 7 to 10 years
