- Generate ideas for business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgets
- Undertake market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential and analyze target groups and provide accurate and timely market and competitor information
- Track and interpret industry intelligence and competitor activities, monitor market conditions, trends, competitors, etc. to support business planning
- Deliver projects and initiatives to develop new business and maximize exposure for DHL amongst targeted prospects
- Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc.
- Initiate contact with targeted prospects, identify decision makers and work to understand strategic business challenges and priorities, Identify prospective customer needs and matches these with DHL’s services
- Identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly without the benefit of defined procedures
- Convince external parties to accept complete proposals and programs, typically others have an interest exists to accept new concepts, practices and approach
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed University;
- One to Two years of experiences in the relevant field will get preferences;
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill;
- Empowered, pro-active thinker, reliable and team player;
- High integrity with good work ethics.
