- Maintaining Personnel files and handle employee relations matters.
- Monitor staff's performance.
- Train new employees.
- Streamline the operational procedures of the facility to provide patients with the best care.
- Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
