Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls and connect with prospective customers.
  • Engage with customers on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide clear information about products and services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to encourage sales.
  • Promote products through online marketing and digital platforms.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, offers, and campaigns.
  • Handle client objections politely and ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and keep customer interaction records.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At most 28 years
  • Only Female
Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindsetAbility to work under pressure with targets and deadlinesBasic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plusFluency in Bangla (English proficiency will be an added advantage)Skills & Expertise:Communication and negotiation skills,Sales & MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
