- Develop and execute effective production plans to meet shipment schedules and buyer requirements.
- Allocate resources and manpower efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
- Lead, monitor, and control daily production activities in knit garment sewing, finishing, and packing sections.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure proper coordination between cutting, sewing, finishing, and other related sections.
- Supervise production teams, provide guidance, and build a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure all garments meet buyer specifications and AQL standards.
- Implement process improvements to reduce defects and rework.
- Monitor machine and manpower utilization to achieve optimum efficiency.
- Control overhead costs and improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Promote a safe and clean working environment.
- Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
- At least 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
- Minimum 12 years of experience in knit garment production management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of knit garment production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and handle high-volume production units.
- Expertise in production planning, capacity utilization, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
