Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 or more staff, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and quality output
Oversee the review stage of client deliverables, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards
Take ownership of the final preparation and submission of financial reports, tax filings, and client deliverables within strict deadlines
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and meet organizational goals
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to company growth initiatives
Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all deliverables

Education Requirements:

Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with UK financial reporting and tax experience

Experience:

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Job Requirements:

Exemption from full qualification may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, UK VAT, and Tax compliance,
Experienced in cloud accounting software, i.e, QuickBooks Online, Xero
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
