They are responsible for managing staff, budgets, resources, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Their role includes strategic planning, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.· Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all hospital departments.· Recruiting, training, and supervising staff members, including nurses, and administrative personnel.· Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial stability.· Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.· Ensuring the hospital adheres to all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.· Implementing initiatives to improve the quality of patient care and satisfaction.· Managing hospital resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.· Effectively communicating with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative environment.· Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.· Developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:
