Executive / Sr. Executive- Content Writer

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for the company website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Develop compelling content around Race Online's products, services, promotions, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Conduct market and competitor research to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Stay updated on trends in internet technology, broadband services, and the telecommunications industry in Bangladesh.

• Ensure all content aligns with the Race Online brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate SEO keywords and strategies into content.
• Monitor website and content performance (e.g., page views, bounce rates) and recommend improvements.

• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Write creative posts, captions, and scripts to drive engagement and brand awareness.

• Craft marketing copy for advertising campaigns, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Assist in drafting content for press releases, newsletters, and customer success stories.

• Support HR and internal departments with internal newsletters, announcements, and company updates when needed.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 2 to 3 years

• Only Male

• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Bangla (if required).
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
