Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextThis role involves extensive data gathering, organizing, preparing reports, and presenting information in a meaningful manner. The Analyst must understand business processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support projects that drive business goals and KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market and customer trends, collect data, and prepare reports.Coordinate with Merchandising, Plant, Design, and other cross-functional teams to assist in internal projects.Gather information from internal departments to monitor customer-specific and internal business KPIs.Prepare and present periodic KPI and business reports to the Marketing Head.Coordinate, organize, and attend internal/external business meetings with the Marketing Head, including taking minutes, summarizing, and sharing recaps.Support other ad-hoc business and project activities as assigned.Education Requirements:

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

MBA, especially from reputed Public Universities.Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 25 years
