Coordination Officer To Chairman

- Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and appointments of the Chairman
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Chairman
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents on behalf of the Chairman
- Manage meeting minutes & reporting
- Handle email correspondence and prepare reports; follow up on pending important issues
- Coordinate with the management team, internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders as required
- Communicate and liaise with senior officials both domestically and internationally
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official trips
- Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and strategic business information
- Operate professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, video cameras, drones) for photography and videography
- Manage basic editing of photos and videos or coordinate with the editing team to deliver polished outputs
- Apply knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition techniques
- Work with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Travel both domestic & international.
- Master of Arts (MA) in English
- Candidates from an English medium background will be given preference
- 2 to 4 years
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only Male
- 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Experience in sports, travel, hospitality, or corporate sector will be considered an added advantage
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours when required
- Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Operate professional cameras
- Ability to Work with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop
- Valid International Passport.
