This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the hospital's communication and branding through impactful visual content in a supportive and challenging environment.Job Description:Graphics Design:Design visually appealing materials including social media creatives, flyers, posters, brochures, banners, and internal communication materials aligned with the hospital's brandingCollaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports campaigns, events, and awareness programsMaintain brand consistency across all design outputsPrepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors as requiredVideo Editing & Motion Graphics:Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, educational content, awareness programs, and internal useCollaborate with various departments to conceptualize, script, and execute video projectsCreate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video contentOptimize videos for various platforms including social media, website, and internal presentationsManage and organize video files, ensuring efficient archiving and retrievalStay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and video productionEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fieldExperience:

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 30 years

Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and branding principlesAbility to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and professional-quality videos for various platformsExperience in designing both digital and print materials (social media posts, banners, brochures, etc.)Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for aesthetics and detailAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Other Benefits:As Per Company Rules.
