Responsibilities & Context:Align HR & Admin strategies with overall business and plant objectives.Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.Handling all recruitment of casual workers and staffs.Oversee payroll administration, attendance and leave management.Drive performance management, KPI setting and appraisal processes.Conduct Department inquiry, handle grievance procedure & disciplinary actions.Communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and official administration.Manage plant security, canteen, transport, medical, housekeeping and accommodation facilities.To carry out all other relevant and rational assignment at times by the Management.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor's in HRM, Management, Public Administration or related fieldPost Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources is preferredExperience:
  • 12 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Only Male
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR operations & Factory Compliance, ISO compliance etc.Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.Retired Army personnel with relevant experience are encouraged to applySkills & Expertise:Factory HR Administration,Good Ms office and Emailing skill,Strong leadership and team management skillCompensation & Other Benefits:
