Responsibilities & Context:

Support Classroom Instruction: Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons across subjects, ensuring students grasp key concepts.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
Individual Attention: Provide academic support to students who need extra help, including one-on-one or small group sessions.
Classroom Management: Help maintain discipline and order, promoting respectful behavior and smooth classroom operations.
Preparation & Organization: Assist in preparing teaching materials, organizing resources, and setting up learning activities.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and staff as needed.
Record Keeping: Support teachers in tracking student progress, attendance, and homework completion.
Co-curricular Involvement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and enrichment programs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with lead teachers and school administrators to uphold academic standards and school values.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, School, Kindergarten
