Responsibilities & Context:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.Develop and execute territorial and regional area sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Drive sales of mobile gadgets, accessories, and related electronics.Lead, train, and supervise subordinates.Set clear KPIs for the subordinate sales team and monitor performance.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.Identify and develop new dealer and distributor networks in the territorial and regional area.Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure consistent order flow.Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.Recommend new product launches or promotional campaigns based on market feedback.Submit accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor insights.Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from dealers.Maintain compliance with company sales policies and credit terms.Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tobacco, Mobile Accessories
