Responsibilities & Context:Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all machines.Generated and distributed documentation records, including status reports and material requirement calculations to team members and supervisor.Design (with SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.), Fabricate and Interpret production machines and machine parts.Running of machines/equipment's on agreed efficiencies and ensuring maximum utilization in all production Machineries/units.Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts.Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents.Prepare and review engineering SOP & ISO Documents as per cGMP guidelines.Perform & follow up the preventive maintenance of all machineries as per guideline/checklistOrganize teams or technical personnel for planning and executing the preventive and breakdown modification maintenance of all production machines.To work with experts from the supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, commissioning, operation and validationEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience:

2 to 3 years
