AGM/ DGM - Finishing (Denim Fabric)

• Ensuring smooth and efficient finishing operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Implementing and maintaining quality standards, monitoring fabric test results (e.g., shrinkage, fastness), and addressing quality issues.
• Identifying areas for improvement in finishing processes, implementing new technologies, and optimizing machine parameters.
• Leading, motivating, and training finishing department staff, including supervisors and operators.
• Managing the inventory of finishing chemicals and softeners, ensuring optimal usage and minimizing waste.
• Controlling costs associated with finishing processes, including chemical consumption and energy usage.
• Preparing production and quality reports, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and buyer requirements.
• Addressing and resolving issues related to finishing processes, equipment, or personnel.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance fabric quality.

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 10 years
