Marketing & Sales Executive

• Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell company products/services.
• Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management regularly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing & sales in a carton factory.
• Strong knowledge of both local and international markets
• Ability to work under target-based pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Bengali communication
