Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned brands.
  • Support in brand positioning, pricing strategy, and market activation.
  • Define medium- and short-term marketing plan with marketing objectives, strategies and tactics for assigned portfolio.
  • Plan, overview and review the scheduling of marketing communications regularly along with the marketing budget
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, consumer insights, and market trends reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide SKU-wise brand performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to design trade promotions, retail activations, and in-store branding.
  • Ensure visibility of brands in modern trade, general trade, and HoReCa channels.
  • Develop product communication materials, POSM (Point of sale), and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for campaigns as per need.
  • Build strong relationship with key MT buyers, HoReCa chef, and wholesale partner.
  • Responsible for the management of assigned products portfolio.
  • Select few potential brands and make them into 'Super' brands through brand building
  • Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target
  • Conduct market research and analyze the industry
  • Prepare periodical marketing reports/presentations
  • Visit, check and maintain outdoor branding assets regularly
Education Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Studies
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Should have sound knowledge about MS office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure, strong communication, presentation & negotiation skill.
  • The applicant should have experience in the following areas - Brand & Marketing, HORECA, and Hotel & Restaurant.
  • If applicant have Hotel management (Diploma/Short course) background get preferred.
  • Strong English & Bangla Language Skills both written & verbal.
