- Lead marketing initiatives to drive fan engagement and brand loyalty, including social media campaigns, events, and digital fan experiences
- Develop and implement strategic fan-focused marketing programs, both online and offline, tailored to target demographics
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (social media, email, content, SEM/SEO, website activations) with a focus on fan interaction and conversion
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content (videos, graphics, banners) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Analyze campaign metrics-engagement rates, reach, conversion-and prepare insightful reports to guide strategy
- Plan and activate fan events, both virtual and in-person, including sponsorships, activations, or brand collaborations
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors to expand reach and effectiveness
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking
- Stay updated on fan behavior, market trends, and media platforms to continuously improve strategies
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

- 3 to 5 years
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Experience Required: 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in digital, brand, or customer engagement roles
- Age Range: 25-40 years or per company policy
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, digital, brand, or fan/customer engagement roles
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
- Skilled in creative software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents
- Strong content creation and visual communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering under deadlines
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
