To further accelerate our growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our sales division and play a pivotal role in driving overall business strategy and success.Position Overview:The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will be the top-most executive overseeing the business development and sales operations of us. This senior leadership role involves both strategic oversight and tactical leadership of the entire sales team, as well as providing high-level advisory to the management team for business growth. The CBO will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring the development of strong client relationships, and implementing business strategies to capture market opportunities and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering business growth through effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop & Drive Business Strategy: Formulate and implement long-term business strategies in collaboration with the executive team to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance brand presence.Advise Senior Management: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors on market trends, growth opportunities, and business expansion.Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market segments, partnerships, and business ventures to drive the company`s growth trajectory.Innovation in Sales Models: Continuously innovate and refine sales strategies, incorporating new technologies and industry best practices to stay ahead of competitors.Sales Team Management:Lead Sales Function: Oversee the entire sales team, including senior sales managers, sales executives, and support staff, ensuring alignment with the company`s growth objectives.Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics, sales targets, and KPIs. Regularly evaluate the team`s performance and implement necessary improvements.Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performance sales culture through training, mentorship, and motivation, fostering a team-oriented environment.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development, lead generation, and customer service efforts.Client Relationship Management:High-Level Client Engagement: Maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure the sales strategy aligns with client needs, providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.Contract Negotiations: Lead or advise on high-value negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.Business Growth & Financial Oversight:Revenue and Profitability Goals: Oversee the development of annual business plans, set revenue goals, and ensure the sales team is equipped to meet them.P&L Responsibility: Take ownership of the company`s business growth and profitability, ensuring effective budget allocation, cost control, and revenue generation.Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management regarding financial performance, sales progress, and business forecasts.Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:Industry Trends: Stay up to date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.Competitive Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to outmaneuver competitors and position to this company as the market leader.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Related Field (Minimum requirement)Master`s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)Professional Certifications in Business Strategy, Leadership, or Sales Management (e.g., Certified Business Strategist (CBS), Executive Leadership Programs) (Optional, but advantageous)Diploma or Certification in Real Estate or Land Management (Optional, but beneficial)Additional Executive Education or Training in areas such as Corporate Governance, Business Development, or Entrepreneurship (Highly preferred)Experience:
  • At least 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Qualifications & Experience:Proven Leadership: At least 20+ years of experience in a senior sales/business development role within the real estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, real estate market dynamics, and client management.
