Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Oversee the development of web applications from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met
Architect scalable and maintainable web solutions using PHP and Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and QA, to define project scopes and timelines
Conduct code reviews, ensuring coding standards and best practices are adhered to
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and introducing new technologies and processes to the team
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within agile frameworks

Ideal ProfileMust have skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong background in PHP and Node.js
Proven leadership experience in managing development teams
Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications in PHP, Node.js, or related technologies.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
