Executive/Senior Executive, Tech Support (Engineer)

- Providing remote and onsite technical support to the clients.
- Attending complaints and queries made by customers through phone calls, e-mails, or other means.
- Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
- Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
- Logging in, following up, updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
- Testing new technologies.
- Providing technical support based on customer care, field support all over the Bangladesh, 24/7 rostering, and PoP based demography.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- 1 to 2 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferable 1/2 years of working experience (Fresher are also encourage to apply)
- Hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Good basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting.
- Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English and Bangla.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player and enjoy work pressure.
- Willingness to work extra time if required.
