Responsibilities & Context:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and creating marketing plans.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement sales programs that align with overall business objectives.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations and laws.
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance, including sales metrics, sales forecasts and budget reports.
  • Participating in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching.
  • Responsible maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's a strong presence.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Coaching team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job.
  • Understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales.
  • Must think strategically, understand the real estate industry and have a manager mindset.
  • Plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when necessary.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
  • Willingness to work beyond general working hours. Any assignment assigned by the superior authority
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Diploma in Business Studies in Real Estate
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate, Resort, Real Estate Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
