Minimum 5 years working experience and 4 years complete technical background.Working experience in garment factory and international buying house.Pattern making knowledge, understand how to rectify and basic shape of the pattern.Must understand manufacturing, textiles and garment construction.Understanding of sewing machine characteristics.Sample development knowledge on multi product “Knit. Jersey. Woven” with all types of product range.Fitting experience on dummy and live model.Conscious of children safety, as well as product safety.Sample assessment based on provided pattern, and technical spec.Able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure.Confident and clear communication skills in English both verbal and written.Have a keen interest in fashion and textiles.Computer knowledge: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Software based sample report.Responsibilities & ContextProvide the best and suitable process for smooth bulk production and decision-making to resolve any issues like pattern making, fitting, workmanship and garment manufacturingCreate measurement charts and modify the pattern charts to create a better shapeTrain the suppliers to understand the quality and meet sample approval lead time and reduce samplingSupport QC and other related departments to ensure the right quality and on time shipmentKnowledge about assign garment and fabric testing and safety recommendationsRisk assessment of the product and advice to the suppliersKnowledge about kids product and EU safety standardsEffectively manage the lead time for approval process.Skills & ExpertiseGarment Technology QUALITY ASSURANCE Quality Control/ Audit Quality Management SystemCompensation & Other Benefits
