Responsibilities & Context:Lead execution of ongoing and upcoming breeder farm projects.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.Monitor project progress, generate reports, and escalate issues.Control operational and maintenance costs through effective budgeting.Civil: Oversee construction, maintenance, and renovation of farm buildings and infrastructure; supervise contractors; ensure compliance with structural safety and preventive maintenance schedules.Mechanical: Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of ventilation, pumps, feed machinery, and HVAC systems; implement preventive and corrective maintenance; monitor system efficiency and coordinate repairs.Electrical & Electronic: Oversee electrical systems, lighting, backup generators, and automation controls; maintain electronic monitoring systems; troubleshoot faults; ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.Education Requirements:BSc in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering.Additional Job Requirements:At least 5 years of relevant experience in Breeder Farm operations and maintenance.Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis)Compensation & Other Benefits:
