The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our property listings and services.Responsibilities:Prospect potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Like networking, cold calling, social media and our company's customer database.Must be able to visit independently to various types of offices and business places in Barisal division. Like banks, government offices, doctors chambers, business stores etc.Present and promote real estate properties (Plot and Flats) to prospective buyers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently with clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.Working with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports. Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitors. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Additional Job Requirements:No experience is necessary. But if you have previous experience, it's a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak nicely when we do video recording for property sales.Ability to work independently and targets-oriented. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Strong knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions.As long you have good sales skills, we do not require any degree.
