Responsibilities & Context:Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with BD factories managers and human resources departments for both hard skills & soft skills training.Design training and development programs based on the needs of the factory and the individual.Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance.Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets.Develop effective induction programmes for new staff & workers.Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.Prepare yearly training plan/calendar & budget.Monitor & follow up to ensure implementation of yearly training planPromote a work culture of continuing professional development (CPD).Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
At least 6 years
