Responsibilities & Context:Develop accurate and production-ready patterns based on buyer tech packs, measurement charts, and construction details.Utilize Lectra CAD software to create, modify, grade, and finalize patterns.Analyze fit samples and make appropriate pattern adjustments to ensure fit accuracy and garment balance.Prepare efficient markers to minimize fabric wastage and accurately calculate fabric consumption.Collaborate closely with the sample development team during proto, fit, and pre-production (PP) sample stages.Review buyer comments related to fit, construction, and measurements; implement necessary changes to the pattern.Provide clear technical guidance to the sewing, cutting, and quality assurance (QA) teams to ensure smooth sample and bulk production.Maintain detailed records of pattern versions, specification sheets, and sample tracking logs.Ensure all patterns and technical documents meet both internal quality standards and buyer requirements.Support production teams by providing approved patterns and technical specifications for bulk orders.Experience:
