- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Notify relevant staff of guest arrivals.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Monitor access control systems and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Maintain records of office assets, supplies, and visitor logs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on front desk activities and submit to management.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Shipyard, HVAC System, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 18 to 25 years
- Only Female
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed, punctual, and presentable with a positive attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Fluency in Bangla and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
